America's Hometenders is an innovative service to help Homeowners and Realtors maintain, protect and SELL vacant homes.  We provide our service at absolutely NO COST to the homeowner, or their agents through our prescreened, qualified and matched live- in "hometenders".  The hometenders enjoy living in a great home at a fraction of "normal" rental rates in exchange for setting up, and keeping the house in "model home" condition.  See how "hometender" occupied homes show in our photo gallery.

Our service is designed to do three things:

1) Our live in "hometenders" will provide protection for your home against vandalism and other deterioration from leaks or other problems that only become really expensive when they go undetected or unreported.  It's easy to understand why most insurance companies charge a higher premium for vacant homes - they are a much bigger risk.

2) We'll help you save money on the expenses or "holding costs" of your otherwise vacant home.  (Housekeeping, utilities, yard/pool maintenance, changing a/c filters, even minor repairs.)  These expenses are fairly minor, but do add up - or even worse they are often overlooked, which can be very expensive.

3)Most importantly we'll give you a competitive advantage in the marketing of your home.  Our hometenders are carefully screened and specially matched according to their furniture to decorate and show your home to it's maximum potential.  Our office does unannounced housekeeping inspections as often as weekly to be sure your home is always in "show-to-sell" condition inside and out.
